Well, last week finally I bought the 2 postcards for the PC's first sends!
Yesterday I went shopping for some envelopes but couldn't find the ones I wanted. I still had some at my home "office" so I rather send these because they're not plain white paper... Hopefully, this week I'll be sending out the two postcards... Also hopefully, it won't rain the rest of the week ;-/
I took a photo of the 2 postcards I bought and I'll try to post it here soon...

No postcards sent yet :(
Well, unfortunately I couldn't go downtown the other day, and haven't been able to go out since wednesday because I've been somewhat sick in the past few days with migraines :(. Besides some "natural" causes for my migraines, I've been under some stress lately due to problems I cannot solve myself... That and maybe I also need some rest and to try to get my sleep straight, which is something I've been trying (but not succeeding) in the past week... Life can get a bit too complicated sometimes...

Postcards sent #2 - intro
Ok, I couldn't resist and asked for another random address at Postcrossing :x I guess I was just trying out my luck, hoping to receive some address from a far away and/or exotic country (like Japan or something, because I'm quite interested in getting postcards from there) but with no luck this time. Funny coincidence, I got another address of someone living in a European Union country! Maybe better luck next time?
According to the project rules, basically, you can request at most five addresses at a time, so I don't think it's a good idea for me to ask more addresses for now, because at the moment I have to economize a bit, and can't spend lots of money on postage stamps and such ;(

Postcards sent #1 - info
Well, yesterday, when I registered on PC I asked my first random address to send someone a postcard! I'm a bit excited about this, although I don't have any postcards at home that I can send right now, I'm planning on going downtown tomorrow (also to see the celebrations for the 25th of April) and browse a few stores for postcards about my "main" city ;)

More info: Hello! I'm Ivone from Portugal and I'm 28 years old.
I have many hobbies and lots of interests, to make things simple you can see a couple of my online profiles here - http://www.flickr.com/people/88551713@N00/ - and here - http://yvonne-pt.livejournal.com/profile/
I joined Postcrossing mostly because I collect postcards (among other things) and was trying to find groups for trading/swaping postcards from all over the world, specially from different cultures and far countries (like from Asia, the polar regions, Oceania, and such) but I'm open to receive postcards from any country!
Right now I'm looking for postcards with themes about your country/region/culture.
Hope to start sending and receiving postcards soon ;-)
